For your safety and comfort

WOOD: Absolutely no outside firewood. We work hard to keep our trees healthy.
QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH STRICTLY ENFORCED
PETS: All pets must be kept on a leash. Always clean up after your pet. No dogs on the beach. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually).
WATER: We have VERY HIGH water pressure. We recommend using a water pressure regulator.
MATS/RUGS: Please do not put mats or rugs on the grass. The mats kill our grass very quickly and we work very hard to keep the grass looking good.
MOTORIZED VEHICLES: No off-road vehicles. No golf carts.
GOLF BALLS: No hitting golf balls in the park.
SMOKING: Please put cigarette butts into the fire rings.
BEACH: Swimming is only allowed in the designated beach area. No bikes, glass or dogs.
SPLASH PAD: Please rinse off sand from the beach before entering the splash pad. No bikes, glass or dogs.
LAKE: Only kayaks are allowed on the lake. You must be 14 years of age or older and wear a life jacket. The kayak access is located near site #968 in the Meadow.
GRAY WATER: Gray water cannot be run onto the ground.
FIREWORKS: Absolutely no fireworks allowed.
DVDS & BOOKS: The library is located in the laundry room on the back porch of the Lodge. Please return the materials when you are finished.
WIFI:  If the Internet is working, the password is beachfront (all lowercase).
